Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of Bloome – Cycle Tracker (the "App"), published by Krojač. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Not Medical Advice

Bloome helps you track and estimate your menstrual cycle based on the dates and information you enter. All predictions (period, fertile window, ovulation) are statistical estimates and are provided for informational purposes only. Bloome is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns, family planning, or contraception decisions — do not rely on the App for these purposes.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all health and profile information you enter into the App. As described in our Privacy Policy, this data is stored in your private iCloud account and is never accessible to us. You are responsible for keeping your device and iCloud account secure.

Bloome Pro (In-App Purchase)

• Bloome Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks the Home Screen widget, Apple Calendar sync, and removes ads.
• It is not a subscription — it does not auto-renew and you are billed once.
• Payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details.
• Because it unlocks digital content immediately, the purchase is non-refundable except as required by law. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If you already purchased Bloome Pro on this Apple ID, use "Restore Purchases" in the App to unlock it again after reinstalling or on a new device.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose, and not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by applicable law.

Availability

We aim to keep the App available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features such as notifications, the Home Screen widget, and Apple Calendar sync depend on iOS system services and your device settings.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. You can permanently delete all your data at any time from Settings → Delete Data inside the App, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krojač shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
