AI integration into existing software and processes
Krojač builds artificial intelligence into the software a company already uses and into the processes that take its time: document processing, answers to questions, search across your own data, report preparation and repetitive work. When does AI make sense?
AI pays off when a process repeats, involves a lot of text or data and is done by people by hand today. It does not pay off when the process is unclear, when there is no data, or when a mistake is costly and cannot be checked.
Typical signs it is time:
- Employees copy data from documents, emails or PDFs into a system every day.
- The same questions keep coming in, and the answers already exist somewhere in the company.
- Reports are assembled by hand from several sources.
- There are large collections of documents in which nobody can quickly find an answer.

How does the collaboration look?
It starts with an assessment, not an offer. Together we pick one process where AI makes the most sense, and we try it on a small example before anything is built into your system.
- Assessment: which process, which data, what happens when AI is wrong.
- Trial: a small version on your real data, to see whether it works well enough.
- Integration: connecting it with the software you already use, with a human check where needed.
- Monitoring: tracking quality and cost, and adjusting when the business changes.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to change our existing software? No. AI is usually connected to what you already have, through integrations. What is possible becomes clear after the assessment.
What happens to our data? We decide together before work starts: which data is used, where it is processed and who has access. Security and privacy are part of the assessment, not an afterthought.
Does AI make mistakes? Yes, so we design the process with a human check where an error is costly, and quality is monitored after launch.
Is this only for large companies? No. Our typical client has 10 to 200 employees and no IT department. For them we also work as a technical partner for digitalisation.
